At the time of writing this review, DraftKings Casino did not offer a dedicated loyalty program that rewards casino players with points, bonuses or benefits.  Offering a loyalty scheme of some sort is pretty much the industry standard, so it is very possible that DraftKings Casino will add one in the near future, so best to check from time to time and stay updated on news.
